Pricing for a single musician

A live trumpet soloist for your ceremony is $400 for weddings within 25 miles of Portland, Maine. A travel fee of $0.60/mile round trip applies for weddings beyond that radius.

Pricing for additional musicians

Hire a second trumpet or string quartet for your ceremony, or a band for your cocktail hour or reception. Each additional musician is $250, plus $0.30/mile round trip for weddings outside the Portland area.

Please note: Pricing reflects the 2025-2026 wedding season. Rates for 2026-2027 (beginning September 2026) may be adjusted.
